VB PERSONAL TRAINING
Vince has been Personal Training for over 16 years. He has the passion and desire to motivate his clients to help accomplish their fitness goals! Vince specializes in the three components of fitness: strength, cardio, and flexibility.
Vince was always into sports as a kid. At the age of 18 he began to exercise regularly. During that time he realized he wanted to help others achieve their fitness goals. Then, he received his certified personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Vince studied at San José State University where he earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology. In addition, to bridge the gap between post rehab and fitness, he received his Medical Exercise Specialist certification through the American Academy of Health Fitness and Rehabilitation Professionals.
Vince loves to workout. His functional training style allows him to perform exercises while utilizing the TRX suspension unit, dumbbells, barbells, stability balls, and much more. In addition, he transfers his training style on to his clients so they can leave the gym feeling strong and confident.
Vince enjoys watching football, hanging with friends, tasting fine wine, and most importantly spending quality time with his family.
Personal Training or Group Training is the way to go to achieve your fitness goals. The care and proper instructions are second to none. Most importantly we have fun while dripping the sweat away!
